Manage The Health Of Your Child With These Dietary Tips

When I was 3 years old, my mother knew that I am creative. She was a teacher and she did everything she could to bring out the best in me. My name means "creation" and I know I am one of the finest, god has created. I am a writer, a blogger, a storyteller, a life coach and a counselor. Everything I do leads me to my diary. I believe that we humans are different from the four legged ones in just one way, we are blessed with the brain, the higher faculties of our mind. I teach children how to use the higher faculties of their minds to improve their life. Writing is my first love and it's a never ending affair. I strongly believe in the quote "The Me I See is The Me I'll Be" and I intend to impart the same knowledge to everyone..

Make sure that your child doesn’t munch snacks in between his big meals. If he would just be partially hungry, he would make you dance on your toes to make him eat.(ALSO READ: Manage your child’s health with these dietary tips) […]

[…] These are every mother’s rescue foods when she has nothing better to give to her child to satisfy hunger for the moment. We very easily open up a packet and serve it to our little packets of joy. They relish the taste and we consider our jobs done. Well, let me break the truth to you that the crackers and chips you are offering to your child may harm health in more than one way. The Palmolein oil used to make these chips is the leading GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) and is one of the most common reason for children to have hormonal issues later. The high salt content of these chips also effects their kidneys. (ALSO READ: Manage The Health Of Your Child With These Dietary Tips) […]
